In pregnancy, as the world inside of you continues to grow, establishing rituals to support your increasing demands physically and energetically are essential. A ritual of home practice centred around feeling your embodiment, attuning your attention, cultivating steadiness and softening into your receptivity are all valid efforts in nurturing yourself as Mother. 


When designing Transformation, I was in my third trimester of pregnancy with my second daughter. Through my lived experience, I was able to deliver the practices in a relevant and relatable way.

The work within Transformation is suitable for pregnancy from 12 weeks. 



The practices in Transformation meet the need & importance of cultivating strength, but also nurturing a softness that keeps us listening and receptive. The program consists of:



4 Yoga postural practices with pranayama (breath work) guidance 20 - 40 minutes in length

A deeply restful Yoga Nidra recording and a subtly empowering meditation practice

Guidance around cultivating a replenishing savasana.

The immense blessing that is pregnancy is a journey that is equally exciting as it is overwhelming. Cultivating time regularly to attend to your personal needs is imperative to maintaining a sense of steadiness and calm. By virtue of these contemplative practices you are empowered and can truly witness just how miraculous you are. 

It is worthy mentioning that this program consists of Yogic personal practice guidance only. If you are seeking active birthing skills or birth education, there are many outstanding programs available to support your requests. Chat to your Health Practitioner or Midwife for guidance that will be most appropriate for you. 

As with any physical movement program undertaken in pregnancy, it is integral to move with awareness and respect your limits on any given day. In some individuated cases it is advisable to ask your care provider if practicing Yoga during your stage of pregnancy is supported by your practitioner. It is imperative that you listen to your body, come out of a pose gently if you feel discomfort or strain and rest until you regain ease.
